Welcome to FinTrack. By accessing or using the FinTrack Progressive Web App ("App") at phpflux.com/fintrack/app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

5. Google Drive Integration

The App offers an optional Google Drive backup feature. By enabling this:

You grant the App permission to create and manage files in its own dedicated space on your Google Drive.
You understand that backup files are stored in your personal Google Drive and are subject to Google's Terms of Service.
You are responsible for managing your Google account credentials and permissions.

6. Intellectual Property

FinTrack, including its design, logo, code, and user interface, is the property of its developers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FinTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
The accuracy of any financial calculations or reports generated by the App.
That data stored locally or synced to cloud services will never be lost.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinTrack and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Use or inability to use the App.
Loss of financial data.
Unauthorized access to your device or cloud storage.
